When I got Cora dressed this morning I remembered a picture of Cecily wearing nearly the same outfit at nearly the same age, so I had to take a picture. I can't decide if I think they look alike or not...

At the park across the street there are tons of cool toys, but Cecily always chooses to play in the dirt instead.

 She has been a great baby so far - very calm and usually happy to just look around and take it all in.

Cecily loves having her baby sister around, she is usually happy to help and give kisses, but has tried to attack her a couple times.  Before Cora was born we would ask Cecily where her baby sister was and she always responded that she was at nursery, so I think she was a little surprised when we finally brought home a tiny baby.

I was looking at the photos on David's iPhone the other day and found these two that I thought were funny and wanted to remember the stories behind them.  The first one is from the pumpkin patch we went to around Halloween.  There was a band in that barn, there were only a couple people watching them, but Cecily stood there outside the barn for a long time watching and dancing.  I guess maybe you had to be there, but it was cute.  Shes wearing a black shirt standing with her hands on her hips near the grass/gravel border...can you even see her?

Cecily loves to help, especially help her Grandma Jones.  Here she is 'helping' water the lawn.  The best part is that she is so serious about it & that she is carrying her 'giant purse' which is actually a small suitcase that she carried around everywhere with her for a couple weeks.

David never made it out of his Brobee PJ's. He started out the day with his shiny new basketball.

Then he got a little cold, so he came inside and spent some quality time with his helicopter.

After that he got all tuckered out coloring with his new ring crayons and fell asleep on the couch.
